New for 2012, Wildwood Nature School introduces 3 exciting summer
Enrollment for the 2012 – 2013 school year will begin on March 1. Applications received on or before March 1 will be entered into a lottery for available slots. Applications received after March 1 will be considered on a first come, first served basis.
On Saturday, February 25th from 10 am – 2 pm families are invited to join us at Wildwood Nature School to play, learn, meet the teachers, and tour the facility.
September is fast approaching and your new “big” boy or girl will be going to preschool. Whether children are are coming back after a summer break or entering school for the first time, whether children are worried or excited, parents can ease the transition with a few simple steps.
Helping preschoolers appreciate and learn about nature doesn’t have to be complicated. Preschoolers learn about nature the same way they learn about everything else – through discovery. There is no need to be a rugged outdoor adventurer or knowledgeable 4-H leader in order to explore nature with your child. Simply get outside and share an interest in the world around you with your child.
